§ 6 Delivery
1. The Seller shall deliver the Goods subject to the Sales Agreement free from defects.
2. The Seller is obligated to deliver the Goods subject to the Sales Agreement free from defects.
3. The Seller shall provide information on the Store Website regarding the number of Business Days required for Delivery and order fulfillment.
4. The Delivery and order fulfillment deadline indicated on the Store Website is calculated in Business Days in accordance with §5.2 of the Terms and Conditions.
5. The Delivery and order fulfillment deadline indicated on the Store Website is calculated in Business Days from the date of conclusion of the Sales Agreement if the Customer selects the "cash on delivery" payment option.
6. The ordered Goods are delivered to the Customer via the Supplier to the address indicated on the order form.
7. On the day the Goods are shipped to the Customer (if personal collection is not selected), information confirming that the Seller has shipped the Goods will be sent to the Customer's email address. 8. The Customer is obligated to inspect the delivered shipment within the time and manner customary for that type of shipment. If any loss or damage is detected, the Customer has the right to request that an employee of the Supplier draw up an appropriate report.
9. The Customer may collect the ordered Goods in person. Collection can be made at the Seller's office on Business Days, during the opening hours indicated on the Store Website, after prior arrangement with the Seller for collection via email or telephone.
10. The Seller, at the Customer's request, will enclose a receipt or VAT invoice for the delivered Goods with the shipment.
11. In the event of the Customer's absence at the address provided by the Customer when placing the order as the delivery address, the Supplier's employee will leave a delivery note or attempt to contact them by telephone to arrange a time when the Customer will be present. In the event of the ordered Goods being returned to the Online Store by the Supplier, the Seller will contact the Customer by e-mail or telephone, re-agreeing with the Customer on the date and cost of Delivery.
